Piano, upright in Leitchfield, KY

It is a vintage Lakeside piano. At one point it was a player piano and was converted to a rgular upright piano. Its very heavy and will require a few guys with a piano dolly. More pictures on request.
There was a man that gave me a link to help track down the date this was piano was made, but for some reason the post got deleted and I lost all the info. Any info re-given would be a great help.
